Welcome!

Brooks Lake is located in the heart of Cokato Minnesota. The lake has a surface area of 96 acres and a maximum depth of 21 feet. Brooks Lake features the Legion Park with a public access for fishing and recreation.

Brooks Lake Area Association monitors clarity and water quality through tests and surveys. They hold an annual meeting and publish a yearly newsletter. The association aims to promote, maintain and improve the environmental and recreational protection of Brooks Lake and its surrounding area while addressing the wants and needs of the residents, community, lake and watershed as a whole.

B.L.A.A. Annual Meeting is June 28th at Legion Park

Brooks Lake Area Association is holding the annual meeting at Veteran’s Memorial Park (commonly called Legion Park) on the shores of Brooks Lake in Cokato.

Come and join the Cokato Community to promote and maintain the environmental and recreational protection of Brooks Lake.

We will be discussing many new developments, the training Ron Olson attended in May, weed control and other important topics. We also need your input on setting our goals for the next two years. We hope you can come!!
